NH's Getting a New Bishop

Posted by Scott at 10:02 PM

Good morning! Ready to start another Monday? Well, ready or not, up I go! 6:17am

Dropped the girls off at their schools and had a cool, sunny drive down to Boxborough, listening to the latest No Agenda along the drive, deconstructing the new "Jobs Bill". What a scam! Now back at the desk with a tall mug of Tazo "Awake" tea triaging the weekend's email. 9:02am

Michelle has her Step and Abs class to lead in Merrimack in 10 minutes. Later at 1 o'clock she'll get a radiation treatment. It seems so odd to write those two sentences back to back. 9:04am

Since today is Talk Like a Pirate Day, when you're praying, be sure to offer up an "Arrrrr Father". 9:29am

Oh shoot! You know what this means. Soon New Hampshire will be asked to give "Their Fair Share"™ to Mississippi. ;-P 10:01am

Via the Nashua Telegraph: New Catholic bishop to be introduced today in Manchester 10:06am

More information on New Hampshire's new bishop. While introduced today, he'll officially be in office on December 8th. 1:39pm

The President will "ask the rich to pay more". Ask? ASK? Or is this like the fiction that we have a voluntary tax system? 1:42pm

Left work a smidge early to head north. Went straight to Golds Gym for tonight's Step Circuit class. When I got home, I ate a quick dinner and watched last weekend's So Random with the boys. Especially got a kick out of the skit "Volde-Marts", a big box store run by he who shall not be named. 7:30pm

Head out for an Opus Dei Circle in Bedford. Tonight's talk: the Little Things. When I got home, I'd forgotten it was that time of year again. Normally my wife and daughters would be in bed by now but it's Dancing with the Stars time again. ;-] Going to wrap up and get some sleep. I'm pretty exhausted between the commutes, the cardio/strength class, and the Opus Dei meeting. Good night all! 9:58pm
