NH Primary Day

Posted by Scott at 11:59 PM

Yawn! Man, even with going to bed early, I slept like a rock last night. This is the longest I've slept in on a work day, but I don't have to worry about getting the girls to school. I do however have to go vote in the NH primary. 7:06am

Fueled up the Jetta, went to the Middle School to vote, picked up a box of fundraising donuts to help the Middle School band, and drove down to Boxborough, listening to the rest of This Week in Tech, old codger edition, along the way. 10:04am

I'd forgotten that our CEO would be keynoting at the CES today. Go Paul! 10:47am

Trying out BeyondCompare today to help me debug subtle test case differences. 11:36am

Went with two teammates over to Di Capri for lunch. I still can't get over the fact that it's the 10th of January, we still have no snow, and it's 37°F/3°C outside. If I thought driving an SUV would contribute to this, I'd trade in my Jetta tomorrow... 1:17pm

In theory I have four hours of conference calls ahead. Somewhere I'll squeeze in real debugging. 1:19pm

Less than 12 hours until the mass exodus of news media via Manchester airport and the nation can go back to ignoring NH. ;-] 3:25pm

Left work around 5:30. Decided after a couple of weeks break to go back to listening to the audiobook of Reamde. When I got home I gave the kids the left over Krispy Kremes from this morning. I helped Claire with her math homework and watched last weekend's Once Upon A Time. 8:00pm
