March of the Ninjas

Posted by Scott at 11:59 PM

Good morning! I dropped the girls off at their schools. I can't be a part of the March for Life in DC this morning, but I offered up a set of Sorrowful Mysteries for a change of heart in our nation. On the rest of the commute in I caught up with my dad. 83 unread emails from over the weekend. It's a Monday... 9:12am

Via @TommyTenney: “The divorce rate among my socks is astonishing!” As the one who often folds the laundry, I sympathize. 9:15am

Via @badgercatholic: “Wow, the March for Life must have been made up of 250,000 ninjas -- they all slipped past the attention of the media. Amazing!”. *sigh* Another January 22nd, another year of the media ignoring this march. Since it protests abortion and not Wall Street, it doesn't fit the news template and is thus not worth covering, even as Time magazine celebrates the Protester as the Man of the Year. 11:20am

Got an important test working this afternoon. Left a bit early, listening to more of "Reamde" along the drive north. Went straight to Golds Gym for tonight's Step Circuit class. I'll feel this tomorrow. Now time for some dinner and to help Abby with her algebra, mostly dilution problems. 7:03pm

Claire worked a little more than an hour past closing tonight. I'd dozed off while watching season 1, episode 4 of the BBC's Downton Abbey while waiting for her call. So ready for a real sleep now. Good night all! 10:31pm

“Amen, I say to you, all sins and all blasphemies
that people utter will be forgiven them.
But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit
will never have forgiveness,
but is guilty of an everlasting sin.”
